Electric bill average $125 (ceiling radiant heat) month, City Water $30 mo but I don't drink it, taste awful, as much as it cost one would think it would taste good. GDS service available, Charter TV and internet wired. Dish TV on house also. Community Watch.      Grounds must be kept up. Come on over and take a look Any Time. This is the agreement: If you want to rent this house; I will turn on a recording device at this point, there is no agreement to sign just simple rules that you and I can live by: The rent is due in the first full week of every month. A $50 late fee applies every week beginning on Mondays. Repairs that are made will be preauthorized and deducted from rent that is due. Fire and smoke alarms are operating in proper order. Community rules are; Quite time 11pm week nights, 12 pm week ends. Crestmont has a very effective "neighbor watch"  If I did not give you a Crestmont rules and regulations, You are responsible for getting a copy. This is a nice quite neighborhood and if you rent my house you will keep it that way. Children play in the streets, Gentle animals run free and old folk walk at their pace. Your noise is for your ears only. There are no papers to sign but you are aware that you have been recorded while this statement has been read. and that these pictures and videos are a true representation.
