Shared house with private room for rent Pictures
The room must be viewed in person this is a simple web presentation prior to any agreement.
Children and pets will be considered, bring pet with you so I can see it. I love children, I like dogs, cats, and most animals, but each animal has different needs to be discussed prior to renting. Children are welcome to visit briefly but to live here? You and I will give this careful consideration.--because working class people live here, If all renters agree then your child is welcome with me. Also if you do not like animals and kids, this is not the place for you.
Rooms are unfurnished, I suggest a dorm refrigerator, microwave, personal cookware anything you wish to keep private. There are locks on rooms. I must have a copy of your key.

But no drugs I will not have this in my house. I may or may not warn you before I call DEA but call I will, and if you are not of good moral fiber, don't even think about renting from me.
It gets quite here at 11pm.
Friends and relatives are welcome to visit. Over night visits must meet my prior approval.

The Rent is $100 per week. There is a $100.00 (monthly) deposit for utilities.
There is only one room available for a married couple. This rents for $150.00 per week. Plus $150.00 (monthly) utility deposit.
The rest of the house is shared. One Shared kitchen with lounge one main bathroom.
Basic Charter TV and 10mg WiFi, phone and sufficient parking is available.
* The electric bill, Cable TV and internet is divided equally between each member in the house.

This is a nice quite neighborhood of private houses and all age groups. Community rules apply. House hold rules are same as Crestmont. Get a copy. Quite time is 11pm, get some headsets if you need noise past that time.
